What you communicate without words.
Com-On: gestures, expressions, tone of voice and posture are a hidden language that affects relationships and professional life. Let's learn to use it consciously.
Attention to detail.
When we talk about communication we usually think of words, but there is much more to it. Non-verbal communication plays a far bigger role than the words we say: gestures, facial expressions, tone of voice, posture, proxemics.
With Com-On you learn to use your communication to be more persuasive and, above all, more confident on every occasion.
Communicating well is not enough, though: it is just as important to understand the person in front of you. By picking up on attitudes and behaviour, you will know how to respond.

When words, tone and face disagree, in conveying emotions and attitudes facial expression counts for 55%, voice for 38% and words for only 7%. It doesn't apply to every conversation, but it says a lot about the weight of what we don't say.

You are on a sales call with a potential client. After a few minutes they shift position, fold their hands and tilt their head slightly back.
Is it time to change strategy or tone of voice? Do you need a different way to engage them? It's just an example, but Com-On makes you aware of these signals and lets you use every aspect of non-verbal language to your advantage.
